Ingredients
- 8 Denny Gold Medal Sausages
- 8 Denny Rashers - Traditional, Hickory Smoked or Maple Cured
- 1 Pack of Denny Butcher Style Black & White Pudding doubles
- 4 eggs
- 4 tomatoes
Method
- Over low heat, gently sauté rashers, turning frequently until crispy. Place rashers in the oven to keep them warm.
- Place Gold Medal sausages in pan and leave to sizzle until brown on all sides. Place in the oven alongside rashers.
- Cut the tomatoes in half and slice the pudding. Place in the pan and cook.
- Eggs can be boiled, poached, fried or softly scrambled.
- Serve on pre-heated plates from the oven with traditional Irish brown soda bread, toast or fried potato farls and a pot of steaming hot tea.
For a more substantial breakfast, add mushrooms and baked beans to the menu.
