Terms & Conditions:
1. Open to ROI & NI residents 18 years, excluding employees of Henry Denny & Sons (Ireland) Limited, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
2. The Promoter is Henry Denny & Sons (Ireland) Limited, 66 Cookstown Industrial Estate, Tallaght, Dublin 24
3. By entering the competitions, competitors agree to be bound by rules and requirements set out in these Terms & Conditions.
4. Entries can be made for Cottage competitions by registering/logging in and answering a simple MCQ question. Entries can be made for weekly competition by registering/ logging in and uploading a comment to www.homeis.ie detailing where your favourite place is to enjoy lunch (outdoors) is any time Monday to Sunday.
5. Submission must NOT contain material which is (or promoting activities which are) sexually explicit, obscene, pornographic, violent, self-mutilating (e.g., relating to murder, the sales of weapons, cruelty, abuse, etc.), discriminatory (based on race, sex, religion, natural origin, physical disability, sexual orientation or age), illegal (e.g. underage drinking, substance abuse, computer hacking, etc.), offensive, threatening, profane, or harassing; or material that contains any derogatory references to any Contest Entities;
6. Submission must be entirely original to the Entrant.
7. Submission must NOT have been previously submitted to another Contest, broadcast on a media network or submitted to any entertainment entity that would conflict with this Contest, as determined in the Contest Entities’ sole discretion
8. Submissions must NOT include third party trademarks, logos, insignia, location signage, photographs, artwork, or sculpture; Submissions must NOT include third parties/people, who have not expressly authorized entrant to display their image, likeness or voice in the submission or otherwise use such image, likeness or voice in accordance with these Contest Rules. Third Parties include but are not limited to celebrities, friends and minors who have not obtained parental consent prior to such participation.
9. There is a regular prize giveaway for the best outdoor lunch location upload. Prizes include:

10. The Holiday Cottage prize will be awarded for the best comment uploaded during the campaign, whereas the regular prizes will be awarded for the best outdoor location upload that week. One week will be viewed as being from 00:01am Monday until midnight the following Sunday.
11. Final date for receipt of submissions for the ‘Taste of Home (outdoors)’ competitions is midnight on the 31st July 2010.
12. The winners will be notified within 5 working days via the email address used to register on www.homeis.ie. Winners will need to allow 28 days for delivery of their prize.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel this promotion without notice at their discretion.
14. For a full set of Terms & Conditions and a list of winners please send a self addressed envelope to Win The Taste of Home (outdoors) Competition, 20 Northumberland Road, Dublin 4.
15. Winners may be required to take part in publicity resulting from the competition.
16. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The prizes are as stated and cannot be transferred or exchanged
17. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse payment of the prize if there is any suspicion of fraud or in the event that winner notification and/or the winning Code has been incorrectly (e.g. by reason of technical fault, computer and/or printing error) printed and/or generated and/or sent to the winner by the Promoter or on the Promoter's behalf.
18. The terms and conditions herein between you and Henry Denny & Sons (Ireland) Ltd. shall be governed by Irish law and you agree to submit all disputes to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
19. A donation of €1 / 85p will be made to the Simon Community for every entry received up to maximum of €15,000. (for every registration, as opposed to entry)
